6 week assessment done by Aiden Lundy @ Really Good Pets LLc

Harvey: Harvey does not show signs of food guarding at this time. He had a moderate to high food drive and was fairly easy to lure into a sit. Harvey will need extra help during socialization with new sights, movements, surfaces, and humans. He tends to show behaviors that lean towards getting activated when stressed (air snapping, play bowing) or avoiding (smelling ground, moving away), though he does seem to want to do tasks human asks if he can avoid an unpleasant stimulus. Harvey shows some interest in toys but does not have an instinctual retrieve at this time

The above assessment has been done to test puppies current state of being able to adapt and cope with nuance people, situations, surfaces, sounds and daily household items. This assessment can help determine a type of personality but obviously all puppies need training and various exposures especially socialization. We always would love your updates on puppies and please ask us any questions about behavior and management. Really Good Pets is a dog/puppy Trainer we will attach info in puppy go home bags

My opinion on Harvey’s assessment, I agree fully. At first I thought he acted unexpectedly during the assessment but once I thought back to silly things like the robot vacuum, that all the other dogs try to ride except Harvey, it makes sense. He is a very shy Puppy and doesn't care to much about the kids or our other dogs. He is wonderful when the kids interact with him he just doesn’t seek their attention. Harvey keeps to himself or by my side. I think he will do best with a young adult or elderly couple. He just seems less interested in what the other puppies are doing but he does sit for treats.
