Cowboy shows high food motivation but lower energy. He shows interest in human affection and attention. When presented with toys, he showed very minimal interest and paid more attention to the human’s hands and physical touch than the toys. He accepts handling at this time. No instinctual retrieve is detected at this time. Rubble shows some signs of needing extra help with new and startling stimuli. He shows needing extra time to process things and would benefit from well planned socialization opportunities. Cowboy does show some potential food possession issues. Extra time and care will need to be taken to teach fair trades and trust where food is involved. Under stress, Cowboy will move away, sniff, and avoid unpleasant stimuli as much as possible. If he cannot avoid unpleasant stimuli he will become animated at a distance. No lure/prey drive is detected at this time.
